AFTER a month of back-to-back shows, the four major fashion weeks came to a close last night with Elie Saab's show in Paris.

And whilst the clothes may have garnered the most attention in the press, we've been keeping our beady eyes on what hairstylists - from Orlando Pita to Guido Palau - have been creating backstage to bring you our spring/summer 2012 hair trends round-up.

TAKE A LOOK AT THE HAIR TRENDS HERE

At one end of the scale minimalism looks set to be a winner for spring/summer 2012, whether in the sleek, slicked back styles at Victoria Beckham and Giambattista Valli, or the no-fuss centre-parted styles at Lacoste or Chloe. At the other end though, high impact hair was at its best in the bright painted up-dos at Thakoon and Narciso Rodriguez, or the bouffant beehives of Diane von Furstenberg.

Suddenly waisted belts, costume jewellery, high street brands and bare upper arms were on fashion's agenda.

2011 SEA Games official mascot is Modo and Modi, a pair of dragons. This mascot was adopted from an animal dragons as the pride of ancient animals endemic to Indonesia, which is present in the Komodo National Park, covering the island of Komodo, Rinca, and Padar island, East Nusa Tenggara. Modo is a male Komodo dragon who wears a blue costume with a traditional Indonesian batik sarong sling. Meanwhile, Modi is female dragons who wore a red kebaya also with scarves and batik cloth. "Modo" is short of Komodo's name, while "Modo-Modi" is a spelling modification of Young-Mudi, which means "youth", in Indonesian language which means teenagers Indonesia. Modo and Modi has properties of hardworking, honest, fair, friendly, friendly, and sportsmanship.
